XCAP Xpress and XCAP Admin are free to use by anyone while XCAP itself is free to use for non-commercial sites with up to 25.000 unique visitors per month. In a nutshell, XCAP is free to use for non-commercial usage for anyone with less than 25.000 unique visitors per month to their web sites.
